"LITHOLOGY : Orange siltstone & Mudstone, Grey burrowed dolomitic silty limestone, deep yellow siltstone, mudstone. In Shan State South, the Silurian System was identified by Brown & Sondhi (1933b) both to the west and east of Taunggyi. Sedimentation was evidently continuous across the Ordovician–Silurian boundary. "
